I can remember as a child my dad used to get so excited when there was a storm (and we live by the seaside!). He used to love to watch the lightning. I think that's why I don't have any fear of storms now and love to feel the power of the storm when one is around!  

So that's where this page came from!!

I was reading on FB this morning about a lion that was part of a conservation project, and which had been shot by so-called 'legal' hunters. They were pictured standing triumphant over 'their kill'. Yet the tracking device it wore showed that it had been shot whilst in a cave at 4am...probably whilst asleep. The depths that humanity can sink to, what with all the abuse of domestic animals I've been hearing about as part of campaigns on FB as well, is truly sickening. Then hearing on the news about the Bangladeshi PM stating publicly that refugees from a neighbouring country who have crossed into Bangladesh are 'not her problem', and how she has stopped Aid Agencies from helping those refugees...man's inhumanity to man as well as animals...sometimes it just makes me want to despair. Then I found this quote and it seemed to say what I have to believe is true! So! that is where this piece came from , LOL! The earth with all its 'plots of hell and commotions', a phoenix rising from the fire to show that good can triumph over evil as long as people care, and the big 'safety net' behind - God, keeping us ultimately safe, holding us up in spite of everything.

I've just got CS6 and am still learning a lot, but so enjoying the challenge :)

Once I found the words, this page came together so fast! The dandelion head is actually a flair, LOL, so quite appropriate I used it!!!! Dashes of colour and something with so much energy and life bursting on to the page..it has the feel I was after!

This week's prompt really sparked my imagination!!

Although I don't really feel fear in regard to what I'm making now, and showing in this incredibly supportive world, when it comes to showing my pages to people, even family, IRL, I know that fear, LOL :) It's not that I need their approval or anything, it's more that they will feel nothing for the page(s) that I love so much!!!

So that's what I went with! I wanted a more simple page today, to try and make the 'creativity' more obvious...hhhmmm not sure that one worked, LOL, by the number of layers I have in this page, but I'm happy with the effect :)

Well, LOL! Don't really have a clue where this page came from...I have fairly recently changed my thinking about a couple of things and have tried to act accordingly...I just did it, without talking to anybody about it, and I think that's what this page is trying to say, LOL!

Going off alone (although my experience was in my mind, not a physical disappearing act, LOL!) and changing something, without anyone seeing!!

And then, imagine me sitting here with a little wry smile on my face at the naked lady with wings illustrating clandestine rotfl!!!! x
